Listing Syndication Your property listings will be automatically exported to our partner networks and updated daily to reflect any changes. Listings may take 24-48 hours to appear on partner sites after submission; however, we cannot guarantee this timeframe due to potential technical difficulties on the partner portal's side. Our team will diligently follow up and manage support requests on your behalf to ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Marketing Add-Ons and Limits To help maximize your visibility, we offer a range of marketing features with specific limitations per subscription level:
 

• Featured Listings in Newsletters: Available only for Premium plan members. Frequency: One featured property every two months. Agents will be consulted to select which listings to feature.

• Social Media Promotions: Available only for Premium plan members. Frequency: Two social media posts per year. Agents will be consulted to select which listings to feature. Additional social media posts and newsletter features can be purchased separately as add-ons.
   

Agency Directory Leads Arcadia receives inquiries from buyers and sellers who reach out directly to us. These leads are directed to the Featured Agency Directory, accessible to Essential, Plus, and Premium plan members. Through this directory, buyers can explore listings in their desired regions, and property owners looking to list their properties can connect with an Arcadia-affiliated agent.
